EXPEDITION JOURNAL: INFY ICEFIELD (EXCERPT)
There are two major routes to reach the infy icefield. One takes you, the surveyors, through Ursus, and the other through Sami.

Ongoing disputes between Columbia and Ursus greatly hinder application procedures for the Ursus route. You are thus advised to take the Sami route.

After leaving the Columbian border, you may choose from several paths through Sami to reach the Icefield.

However, the natural environment of Sami is incredibly complex, with overlapping wetlands, forests, and mountainous terrain that can easily prove challenging to inexperienced surveyors.

The natives of Sami call themselves the Samifjod.
